Gracehill Golf Course 

 

Located nestling in beautiful mature parkland across from our Hotel, only 5 minute walk, 

Gracehill Golf Club offers golfers a unique challenge. Some of the greens are strategically placed near to water hazards while other holes are played through mature woodland or over heathland making it one of the few courses in Ireland to offer such variety. 

 

Golfers who wish to enjoy a challenging round in very rural surroundings will find Gracehill the ideal choice. The signature hole at Gracehill is the 13th Knockmore. This index 1 hole is line with trees and laurels defining the entire length of the hole accuracy off the tee is essential, a strategic tee shot finding the middle of the fairway is a must - too far left and a draw is required for your second shot, too far left and a little fade is necessary. Needless to say, Knockmore can be a card maker or breaker!

Royal Portrush Golf Club 

 

Royal Portrush will need no introduction for lovers of the game all around the world.
The Royal is the only club in Ireland to have hosted the Open Championship (1951 and 2019). The Royal, takes its name from the medieval Dunluce castle which overlooks the course and is consistently ranked as one of the best golf courses in the world.
It is a 36-hole club with two testing links courses with breathtaking views and more than a few tough challenges for even the world’s leading golfers.
The championship course is the Dunluce Links but the Valley Links makes for an equally stunning and challenging round of golf – the current old course record is held by nonother than Rory McIlroy.
Royal Portrush first hosted The Open Championship, the oldest of golf’s majors, in 1951 – the first Open hosted outside the island of Great Britain.
There were fantastic scenes at the Open returned in 2019 and the most famous golfing event in the world will return to the club twice more before 2040. In 2012, Royal Portrush hosted the Irish Open, marking the first occasion it was held in Northern Ireland since 1953.

The Valley Links - Rathmore Golf Club 

 

The Valley Links is the home of Rathmore Golf Club and has won huge critical acclaim from international visitors, golf writers and players. A visit to Royal Portrush is not complete without testing your skills on these 18 holes as well as the more internationally renowned Dunluce Links. The par-4 18th hole has a truly spectacular backdrop of the Skerries (small, rocky islands) islands and is also within sight of the birthplace of famous golfer late Fred Daly, who began his career as a caddy at Royal Portrush and later won the 1947 Open Championship at Royal Liverpool.
Former US and French Open Champion Graeme McDowell is a member of Rathmore Golf Club.

Portstewart Golf Club

 

One glance at the Championship Strand links course at Portstewart Golf Club is all you need to explain why it was the home of the Irish Open Championship in 2017.
With three fantastic links courses (The Strand, Old Course and River Course), Portstewart Golf Club has something for every golfer – from beginners to the world’s most accomplished professionals.

Castlerock Golf Club boasts two truly classic links courses, set majestically among ancient and towering sand dunes.
Founded in 1901, offering the championship 18 hole Mussenden Course and 9 holes on its Bann Course.

Ballycastle Golf Club 


A refreshing mix of links and parkland holes awaits at the spectacularly located Ballycastle Golf Club.
Just 25 minutes from Portrush, this 18-hole course offers challenging play on lowland/flat and seaside hills amid the spectacular coastal backdrops of Rathlin Island, Fairhead and the Mull of Kintyre in Scotland

Bushfoot Golf club 

Bushfoot Golf Club is a celebrated nine-hole golf course on the North Coast.
Although officially founded in 1890, it is believed that golf has been played on the grounds for more than 200 years.
It is located in Portballintrae and is tucked between the Bush River in Bushmills and the rugged Atlantic coast at Portballintrae.

Gracehill Golf Club is a pristine 18 hole golf couse within the Dark Hedges Estate, surrounded by acient woodland and dotted with a variety of lakes and ponds, this American styled golf couse was designed by Frank Ainsworth in 1995, it measures 6,525 yards off the back stakes, playing as a par 72 with the standard scatch of 73.
 
The clubhouse is warm and welcoming to both members and visitors, a cold beer or soft drink is often enjoyed after a good game of golf. The kitchen offers a selection of meals using local produce ingredigents. There is a car park available on the grounds.
 
The pantry coffee shop sits ajacent to the fairy garden which leads directly to the iconic Dark Hedges and offers a relaxing area to enjoy freshly ground coffee with lots of homemade deserts and pastries.
